These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website. meztliocelotl.com (the “Site”), operated by MEZTLI OCELOTL S.A.S. de C.V. ("Meztli Ocelotl"), with address in Metepec, State of Mexico, Mexico. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or making a contribution, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, we ask you not to use the Site.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to third-party accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or introduce malicious code.
- Extract content in bulk or in an automated manner without authorization.
- Impersonate another person or provide false information.
- Posting or sharing illicit, offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
3. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing truthful information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and for all activity conducted from your account. To create an account you must be over 18 years of age or have the consent of your parent or guardian.
4. Professional Services
The information about our services (video game development, digital marketing, system development, landing pages and e-commerce) is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. The scope, prices, deliverables, and timelines for each project are established in the quotation or contract signed with each client, which will prevail over these terms to the extent applicable.
5. Kuhun Community and Contributions
- The contributions made in the Kuhun community are female volunteers and they aim to support the development of our projects.
- Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Mercado Pago, also subject to their own terms. Meztli Ocelotl does not store card data.
- Points, karma, ranks, and associated rewards are benefits within the platform: they have no monetary value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and their scheme may be adjusted with prior notice.
- If you notice a duplicate charge or a billing error, write to us at nahual@meztliocelotl.com and we will review it, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
6. Intellectual Property
The content of the Site—including brand, trade name, logos, text, images, designs, code, video games, and other materials—is owned by Meztli Ocelotl or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited. The projects shown in the portfolio may belong to our clients and are displayed for demonstration purposes.
Files offered for download within the platform are provided for personal, non‑commercial use unless another license is specified.
7. Links to third parties
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services (social networks, WhatsApp, payment processors). We are not responsible for their content nor for their privacy practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
We aim for the Site to operate continuously and securely, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Meztli Ocelotl shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, technical failures beyond its control, or the misuse of it by third parties.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any controversy, the parties submit to the competent courts of the State of Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, without prejudice to the rights of consumers before the Federal Consumer Attorney's Office (PROFECO).
